Send your artwork
Vector (AI, EPS, PDF) or high-resolution PNG at 300 DPI. We check it and tell you if anything will not print well — before you pay.
Approve a sample
Order one sample before you commit to a run. Sample prices are per product, and both the sample cost and the $60 setup fee are credited back on your first order.
Production and inspection
We produce your order, then inspect every batch at our own facility and send you photographs for approval.
Shipped to your door
Door to door by DHL, UPS or FedEx. You get tracking plus the commercial invoice, so there are no surprises at customs.
We are a sourcing partner, not a factory
You could find a sublimation supplier on Alibaba yourself. Plenty of pet store owners and Etsy sellers do. What they hit is the same five problems every time: too many suppliers and no way to tell which are reliable, a language and time-zone gap, minimums of 500 pieces or more, customs paperwork they have never handled, and nobody to call when a batch arrives wrong.
