Hold the product before you commit to a production run. Sample cost and the setup fee are both credited against your first order of 50+ pieces.

Why sample prices differ by product A sublimated aluminum tag and a four-piece harness do not cost the same to make, so we price each sample on its own rather than charging one flat fee. Prices run from $6.50 to $26.00. One piece is enough — there is no sample minimum.

Shipping and duty on samples — please read Samples ship door to door by DHL or UPS, typically $35–$55 (DHL/UPS, door to door, charged at cost). Since August 2025 the United States no longer grants de minimis duty-free entry, so customs duty applies to samples of any value, and the carrier usually adds a clearance handling fee. On a one-piece sample that fee can cost more than the sample itself — order two or three products together to spread it. We will tell you the estimated duty before we ship so you are not surprised. You can also ship on your own DHL, UPS or FedEx account if you prefer to control that cost.

How a sample order works

Tell us what you want to see

Pick a stock design, or send your artwork for a custom sample. We confirm the price and the duty estimate in writing.

You pay one invoice

Sample price, setup fee if applicable, and shipping are on a single invoice. We prepay the courier — you are not chased for money on delivery.

We produce and photograph it

We send you photographs of your actual sample before it ships, so you can catch a colour problem without paying for a second round.

It arrives, you decide

Approve it and we credit the sample and setup fees against your first production order of 50+ pieces. Need a change? We revise and re-sample.
